JG Ingenieros has provided the global architecture and engineering service in the design of the new Wellness Kliniek Clinic in Rubí. The new clinic is located on a 2,768 m² plot in the Can Sant Joan sector.
The plot where the building is located has a very gentle slope and opens onto an old golf course that will become an urban green corridor. The project unfolds towards this natural space that enjoys leafy trees and provides the new clinic with spectacular views.
The volumetric definition of the building was largely determined by the urban planning that defined two main volumes that are joined by a terrace between them, an idea that allows the views to be multiplied and the building to be completely open to the park.
The new clinic has an area of 4,200 m² and has a very clear functional organization. The building program is distributed from a basement floor, two levels above ground and a technical floor. On the ground floor are the hall, a waiting space and the area of surgical health activity: operating rooms, adaptation to the environment and hospitalization. The first floor is organized around two different areas: consultation area and administrative area with support spaces. The technical floor is reserved for the installations and in the basement there is a parking lot and installation and storage rooms.
