BREEAM Certificate from Riyadh Metropolitan Air

We are extremely pleased to announce that we have certified the Riyadh Air Metropolitano with BREEAM ES In Use, obtaining the Very Good level in Part 1 and the Excellent level in Part 2.

Congratulations, Atlético de Madrid!

This marks a significant milestone in our professional career, as it is the first stadium in the Community of Madrid to receive this certification, and the first in Spain to be assessed under the BREEAM® Spain In Use scheme. This culminates the collaboration between Atlético de Madrid and JG Ingenieros, which began in 2017 with the stadium’s construction. This would not have been possible without Atlético de Madrid’s involvement throughout the entire certification process and their commitment to being at the forefront of sustainability.

This scheme evaluates both the sustainability achievements derived from the building’s characteristics and those achieved through its management and internal policies.
