New BREEAM ES In-Use Certification for a Premier Sports Facility

At JG Ingenieros we have certified the Alcalá de Henares Sports Centre (Atlético de Madrid), achieving the Very Good rating in both Part 1 and Part 2.

This result is especially relevant when dealing with an operating asset, where not only the characteristics of the building are evaluated, but also its management, maintenance and internal policies.

This project reinforces our experience in the certification of complex assets and, in particular, sports facilities, where operational challenges have a decisive impact on the actual sustainability of the building.

We would like to thank Atlético de Madrid for their collaboration throughout the entire process, which was key to achieving this result.
