width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; el_class=&#8221;fullwidemobile&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>A comprehensive refurbishment and conversion for healthcare use.<\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the 73rd edition of our technical bulletin <strong>JG Focus<\/strong>, we present the <strong>Quir\u00f3nsalud Diagnostic Center in Pozuelo<\/strong> (Madrid), a project developed by Joana Mart\u00ednez Molina and Emilio Gonz\u00e1lez Gaya that reflects our commitment to high\u2011complexity engineering applied to healthcare environments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">JG Ingenieros oversaw the complete transformation of a building originally designed as a television recording studio, repurposing it into a modern, fully equipped diagnostic center.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scope of work included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New interior layout to create purpose\u2011built rooms for medical diagnostics.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redesign of technical installations to meet healthcare requirements.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Structural reinforcements and interventions to accommodate state\u2011of\u2011the\u2011art medical equipment.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Construction of a new access module and vertical core to ensure full compliance with accessibility regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 20px;\">This project reinforces our proven expertise in the refurbishment of complex infrastructures, delivering solutions that meet the highest technical, regulatory, and functional standards.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][vc_btn title=&#8221;Download JG Focus 73&#8243;
