{"id":9545,"date":"2025-05-14T09:44:53","date_gmt":"2025-05-14T08:44:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jgingenieros.es\/?p=9545"},"modified":"2025-07-29T09:45:27","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T08:45:27","slug":"first-q-spring-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jgingenieros.es\/en\/first-q-spring-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"First Q Spring Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1753777964019{margin-top: 50px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column css_animation=&#8221;fadeInUp&#8221; width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; el_class=&#8221;fullwidemobile&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On April 10th and 11th, the First Q Spring General Meeting was held in Cologne, Germany, organized by our partner ZWP.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>During the event, the positive evolution of the group&#8217;s 15 companies was reviewed, highlighting consolidated revenue of \u20ac500 million in 2024 and a forecast of \u20ac556 million for 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Most members agreed on the heavy workload and the difficulty of recruiting new staff.<\/p>\n<p>The activity of the various working groups was also monitored, highlighting the publication of the white paper &#8220;Unlocking the Potential of AI in Building Design and Operation: The Vital Role of MEP Engineering in the Real Estate Sector&#8221; by the Smart Buildings group, cybersecurity training by the IT group, and the creation of a new Artificial Intelligence working group.<\/p>\n<p>We review the 53 joint project opportunities that have arisen among members since the last general meeting.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of communications, we have agreed to change our general newsletter to a more focused one.<\/p>\n<p>One of the opportunities offered by First Q membership is staff exchanges, allowing our staff to gain work experience in a different country. Two exchanges have already taken place in 2025, and four more are planned for the rest of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, we approved a new European competition event, this year based on innovation in artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our next First Q general meeting will take place in France in October.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"ult-spacer spacer-6a23a9f393668\" data-id=\"6a23a9f393668\" data-height=\"10\" data-height-mobile=\"10\" data-height-tab=\"10\" data-height-tab-portrait=\"\" data-height-mobile-landscape=\"\" style=\"clear:both;display:block;\"><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;
