width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; el_class=&#8221;fullwidemobile&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]At JG Ingenieros we have certified the Alcal\u00e1 de Henares Sports Centre (Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid), achieving the <strong>Very Good<\/strong> rating in both Part 1 and Part 2.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThis result is especially relevant when dealing with an operating asset, where not only the characteristics of the building are evaluated, but also its management, maintenance and internal policies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This project reinforces our experience in the certification of complex assets and, in particular, sports facilities, where operational challenges have a decisive impact on the actual sustainability of the building.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to thank Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid for their collaboration throughout the entire process, which was key to achieving this result.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We continue to add projects that allow us to advance in our commitment to more sustainable building.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"ult-spacer spacer-6ac0610f8e8f1\" data-id=\"6ac0610f8e8f1\" data-height=\"10\" data-height-mobile=\"10\" data-height-tab=\"10\" data-height-tab-portrait=\"\" data-height-mobile-landscape=\"\" style=\"clear:both;display:block;\"><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;
